廖凯原教授应邀出席上海交通大学凯原法学院15周年纪念大会暨凯原二期捐赠项目签约仪式并召开凯原道专题报告会
Professor Leo KoGuan Attended the 15th Anniversary of SJTU KoGuan School of Law & Signing Ceremony for the Second Phase KoGuan Donation Project and Held the KQID Engine and Creation—KoGuan Dao Academic Seminar
轩辕4714年（公元2017年）6月10日，上海交通大学凯原法学院喜迎来建院15周年纪念大会。在这个特殊的日子里，作为十年来为凯原法学院的发展做出了巨大贡献的创作家、科学家、慈善家和企业家廖凯原教授应邀参加了纪念大会，与凯原法学院签订了凯原捐赠项目二期协议，并发表了主题为《轩辕召唤》的重要致辞。
On June 10th, 4714XY (2017), Shanghai, it is the 15th anniversary of KoGuan School of Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. As a great creator, scientist, philanthropist and entrepreneur who has made great donation and contribution to Shanghai Jiao Tong University, to support the development of KoGuan School of Law in the past ten years, Professor Leo KoGuan was invited to attend the 15th anniversary ceremony of KoGuan Law School and signed the second phase KoGuan donation project with the university. At the ceremony, Professor Leo KoGuan gave the speech named Xuan Yuan Calling.

朋友们，在今天这个喜庆吉利的日子里，我们共聚一堂庆祝上海交通大学凯原法学院成立15周年。在此，让我们共同祝贺凯原法学院为上海、中国，乃至全世界的中国法律教育事业所做出的伟大贡献。让我们感谢所有为这所杰出法学院的建设贡献了力量的同学们、老师们和领导们。
Friends, today is an auspicious day to celebrate the 15th anniversary of KoGuan Law School, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Let’s celebrate her remarkable contribution to Chinese legal education in Shanghai, China and the world. Let’s give thanks to students, faculties and officers who have built this great School.

Friends, we have a mission to build a better world based on XuanYuan Dao of Giving First Taking Later principle. Let’s promote XuanYuan Rule of Law and Five Mandates to uphold humanity and justice for all as well as to establish the Scientific Outlook Free-Lunch economic system powered by KQID engine where each shall have free education, free health care and free material comfort for life empowering each to reach his/her full potential. Each shall help each other to pursue and achieve his/her goal in life, and each shall become scientifically enlightened, rich and powerful Tianmingren.

在纪念大会上，廖凯原教授与上海交通大学校长林忠钦共同签署了凯原二期捐赠项目，捐赠数额高达1500万美元，将继续为上海交通大学凯原法学院的发展添砖加瓦，助力中国的法治教育事业的发展。
At the ceremony, Professor Leo KoGuan signed the Second Phase KoGuan Donation Project (total 15 million USD) together with the President of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Lin Zhongqin. This donation will continuously support the development of KoGuan Law School and Chinese rule of law education in Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
纪念大会之后，廖凯原教授应邀举办了主题为《KQID引擎与创造—凯原道》的专题学术报告会，林忠钦校长和上海交通大学人文学科和物理系的20余位顶尖教授一同就廖凯原教授的理论进行了广泛的讨论，可谓是一场跨学科的学术盛宴。研讨会上，廖凯原教授同大家分享了他的理论成果–凯原道，并提出了五大信念和三大中华共识。
After the ceremony, Professor Leo KoGuan was invited to hold an academic seminar called KQID Engine and Creation—KoGuan Dao with the president of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Lin Zhongqin and more than 20 top professors and scholars from liberal arts and physics departments. It is a very successful interdisciplinary academic exchange. At the seminar, Professor Leo KoGuan shared his KoGuan Dao theory with the scholars and mentioned the Five Trusts and Chinese Consensus.

我们呼吁就中国性之本位论达成中华共识。凯原道信念是关于重塑中华文化信念、引擎信念、价值信念和大同信念。如此，我们追本溯源，并知晓前进的方向。
We call for the Chinese Consensus on the ontology of Chineseness. KoGuan Dao trust is about rebuilding Chinese cultural trust, engine trust, value trust, and DaTong trust. In this way, we are reaffirming who we are, where we came from, and where we shall go toward.
特此，我们信念道：
Hereby, in Dao we trust:

廖凯原教授也提出了恢复中华共识的倡议：恢复轩辕纪年，设立中华父亲节和母亲节，设立三个新的全国仪式。与会学者也畅所欲言，积极提问，并提出了不少对未来研究有积极意义的建设性意见。
Professor Leo KoGuan also proposed the Chinese Consensus: Restore XuanYuan Era, establish Chinese Father’s Day and Mother’s Day as National Holiday, and establish Three New National Rituals. All the parcipanted scholars gave their opinions, many of them asked questions and gave positive suggestions about the future studies of KQID.
当天下午，廖凯原教授还亲切接见了两位年轻学者，其中包括中国科学技术大学物理系教授陆朝阳先生，二人就量子理论进行了深入探讨，陆教授对廖凯原教授的KQID引擎理论也表示出了浓厚兴趣。
In the afternoon, two well-known scholars visited the KoGuan Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and had meetings with Professor Leo KoGuan face to face, including the young physicist from University of Science and Technology of China professor Lu Chaoyang. Professor Leo KoGuan had deep academic discussion with professor Lu about quantum information theory and professor Lu also showed great interest in Professor Leo KoGuan’s KQID engine.
