GENERAL REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- M or J.D from a reputable university or accredited institution
- Admission to the Bar in China and/or the State of NY
- Broad legal knowledge (especially including areas of corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property law)
- Strategic thinker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Draft ad hoc legal agreements as needed
- Support potential merger and acquisition activities, including drafting and negotiating agreements, pre-deal planning, due diligence, documentation, execution and post-deal integration
- Coordinate with outside legal resources as needed
- Strong self-initiative and multitasking
- Flexible and collaborative attitude
